New Media Art is art originated or re-imaged
in the "digital domain", that is, through the use of computer processing. Although there will surely be borderline cases,
the essential test of whether art is new media or not is whether the essence of the art piece is created through such processing.

This site is unique in three ways:
(1) It's all about New Media Art. The site will provide new media artist listings and publish articles
by artists and suppliers of equipment and materials that advance the topic of new media art.
(2) The site is organized based on local markets so you and art aficionados in your local area can
get in direct contact.
(3) If you are accepted for this site, you will receive a full page for displaying samples from your
portfolio. Also, we publish an RSS news feed for you to issue announcements and updates regarding your work.
